Hello, Friends ' pre-service training is a real challenge nowadays in India. there are various problems regarding this like most of the institutions are vacant. the duration of the course should be extended to gain more hands-on knowledge. the minimum qualification of recruitment must be at least post-graduation. the curriculum should be as per the forthcoming next generations. you can have different opinions please respond. There is a lack of quality in pre-service training these days. The profession of a teacher demands justified dedication. Along with subject knowledge, devotion to duty, dedication, awareness of new changes, qualities of a good citizen, etc.
The main challenges in today's context are curriculum, lack of trained teacher educators, the traditional method of teaching, reduction in pay scale and service conditions, lack of adequate allocation in the school budget, etc.
